I’ve spent over two decades assessing executive leadership, designing organizations, and turning business strategy into practical solutions across financial services, biotech, and global pharma. Before HR, I spent a decade in quota-carrying pharmaceutical sales and sales leadership, so I understand these organizations from the inside, not just as an advisor.

I currently lead the Workforce Transformation practice at Agency 150, where we build the diagnostics and assessment frameworks that give clients a clear, defensible read on organizational health and change readiness. Through that role, you get access to a bench of experienced change strategy leaders, not just my own perspective on your organization.
