Help your team say what’s real.

When what a company says and what people live drift apart, trust goes first and results follow. I work with leaders and teams to close that gap, so people can tell the truth and get moving again.

If you recognize two or more of these, your organization’s health is at risk.

It is also fixable, and it starts with someone being willing to say it out loud.

Eight to twelve weeks, shaped to your team.

It starts with a conversation with you about what you are seeing and what you want to be true.

  1. Name it

I talk with people across the team, privately, so they can say what is really going on. Then I show you the picture without pointing at anyone.

  2. Frame it

We sit down with your leadership group and decide how the team wants to respond, aiming for an outcome that serves the team, and what matters most now.

  3. Move toward it

We choose a few small changes and the daily habits that support them. We check in along the way so the changes hold.

We also pay attention to energy, for the team and for you. A team that is running on empty cannot take on anything new, no matter how good the plan is.

Add what the numbers show.

Some teams want to see the patterns, not only hear about them. When that helps, we bring in Vega, the behavioral intelligence platform we built at Agency 150. She adds data to what people tell us.

Leaders and the people who support them.

Leaders of teams or whole organizations, and the people who support them, especially when the company is in the middle of AI changes and nobody has a clear story yet.

Tell me what you are seeing.

We will talk it through, and you will leave the first call with a clearer view even if we never work together.
